User can publish videos in Moodle that are not published or he cannot see in the back-end

Steps:

• Login in Moodle with the Autopublisher user A
• Create a new Series with a MO called "Moodle Video A" published in Moodle and another MO called "No Moodle Video A" without being published in any channel, only with Status Published
• Login in Moodle with the Autopublisher user B
• Create a playlist and search the video "Moodle Video A" and "No Moodle Video A"
• Add the videos to the Playlist
• Add a WebTV Video Published in the same Playlist

Result:

User B can add the playlist created with the videos created by user A.

User B can also publish the Playlist in Moodle and see all the videos.

Expected Result:

User B should be allow to upload only videos that he can see in the back-end of PuMuKIT and the ones available in WebTV.

I couldn't reproduce this bug exactly as it is explained because I only have one Moodle user.

These are the steps I did to reproduce it:

• Login in Pumukit as autopublisher with the user autop.
• Create a new MO named "video moodle A" and publish it only in Moodle channel
• Login in Moodle as autopublisher with the user ruben.
• Create a new playlist "Nuevo 220".
• Search for the "video moodle A" and add it to the playlist.
• Add one of My Videos
• Create a page in Moodle and add the playlist

Error:

When I reproduce it I am able to watch both videos.
