- This will allow detecting if the controller unexpectedly reboots which would cause interruption to lighting or watering

This allows Gardens to send notifications when a controller is started up. My primary motivation for this is to be able to see if flaky controllers reboot unexpectedly in the middle of watering. It can also be good information generally.
