andre and chrisK avg of formfac agress (yay) but we need to also compare the data to the the 0 momentum summed data to check signs. If everything is working, this check can be performed over the average data files from both.

This test should be best done with a correlator where we also hop over the boundary.

Here is a list of all the tests we should write up:

Formfac

  • compare A & C t-slice average files for non-boundary hop scenario
  • compare A & C t-slice average files for boundary hop scenario
  • compare above files to Lalibe files for 0-momentum projection (Sum over x, y, z)
  • compare FFT'ed files to formfac files at $\vec p \neq 0$ (need to generate files for n**2 <= 5 for comparison @walkloud)

Spec

  • compare A & C t-slice average files for non-boundary hop scenario
  • compare A & C t-slice average files for boundary hop scenario
  • compare above files to Lalibe files for 0-momentum projection (Sum over x, y, z)
  • compare FFT'ed files to formfac files at $\vec p \neq 0$ (need to generate files for n**2 <= 5 for comparison @walkloud)

@walkloud: We still need an automated test which compares sliced, averaged and ffted files created by the nucleon_elastic_ff stack against lalibe files. This requires a lalibe generated file and one of the following things:

  • The lalibe file is in the same format as the stack generated file
  • A routine which maps nucleon_elastic_ff dsets to lalibe dsets
