Ultimate Spiderman

Hi i am having issues playing ultimate spiderman and what happens is i run the 
game with default settings on Pcsx2 v. 1.2.1 and the audio works and the intro 
video to a level. So to explain i can see the marvel logo and activison video 
but the menu has a white screen i tap x over and over to create a profile then 
i see the comic/game video but when the game is on the screen turns white again 
and all i hear is audio. so to sum this up audio/video works but not the game. 
i am useing windows 7
