Delete automatically exactly same duplicates in same location

Hi,
I have many duplicates in same location, probably due to copying bookmarks in the past.
So it would make it lot faster to delete them if it would suggest me to delete all the duplicates in same location automatically. They have exactly same name and url.

I just installed/used bookmarks-organizer for the first time, and after going over the duplicates for a couple minutes I came here to make this same suggestion.

I'm not sure this is useful to make sth special for the case where duplicates are in same location,
since it should be handled by #38 enough.

I have like 200 duplicates right now. I honestly don't even care which one it deletes just give me a button to "Auto Fix"

Definitely needed, because it can save a lot of time, and Firefox by default doesn't avoid adding duplicate bookmarks.
