Create new subpatch port doesn't show "save" option

Describe the bug
Create new subpatch port doesn't show "the save" option (orange)
If user doesn't save, connexions are lost.

How To Reproduce

1. Create a subpatch from selection
2. Create a new subpatch input or output connexion
3. Save button doesn't show in orange

• MacOs, Chrome 130.0.6723.92

Ok... in your video it seems you are refreshing the page, which fix the issue.

But here I save after every step, and as you can see the connexion to output is lost when I create my Subpatch, which is an odd behavior:

subpatch.connexion.not.saved.mov

notes to me:

• patch should not be saved after creating output port
• reload op after creating output port fixes the problem
