@nurroman - it's a private/unexported activity (they are in brackets), you will need Root to launch it, so use the com.android.documentsui.launcheractivity one instead.

Activating & you need help with what exactly ?, I have a feeling that it's not about this app at all and you just have a random problem that you need to resolve with someone's help, because you don't understand what you are doing... If that's not the case, then either elaborate or don't play with things you don't understand and get an iPhone to even better avoid such.

That's not one time thing, if you want to "unlaunch" it, then go back in time with a time machine and don't launch it :D, jokes aside, once something launched, it can't be undone, what you are asking sounds like a joke actually.
You've done things that you want to revert, well not possible, also this isn't a support forum.
