In an attempt to avoid Phil getting in my face about iPads, I reworked the auth system on the server to no longer use transport auth in favor of stupid cookies. See burningmantech/ranger-ims-server#13.

That required the Mac client to update auth as well, working as of 8037711.

Works, but the password dialog comes up multiple times. Files #62 on that.
