Require password

Add a "password" field.

Basically a field that requires a password before you can submit the application, otherwise wrong password error.

Could as well make the "require password" before you can access the form. Might be better.

I've just released V2.0. New features will now be released as minor updates so this will as well. I can't say when this will be out though.
