Hi,

If the menu is short, the CTA box is just after the menu and this will be more natural to display it at the bottom of the page same similare to the footer posisiton. Ref (https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.2/examples/sidebars/)

*Note I'm not sure this is maybe more appropriated for scrollable layout than a fixed layout,
