INSERT SHORT DESCRIPTION EXPLAINING THE HIGH-LEVEL REASON FOR THE NEW ISSUE HERE.

Current behavior

I have disable resume as required but upon submission it give the error "Bad File Uploaded: the request doesn't contain a multipart/form-data or multipart/mixed stream, content type header is application/json."

Expected behavior

I should submit the form regardless if there attach resume or not.

Steps to replicate behavior

Do not require the resume.
