Adding Country to the filter sidebar

Understand this is quite similar to #410, but would there be an easy way to add "Country" to the filter sidebar? I'm looking for as little technical configuration as possible.

Potentially thought I could change "City" into "Country" within the en.json and use the "City" field within Bullhorn ATS to post the job's respective country locations, would this work? Or is there a better method?
