Question: What is project status?

I'm looking for gem to adopt / reference implementation of repository/entity patter to enforce borders in existed rails project.
Perimeter looks exactly what i'm looking for (thank you for share it!), but since there is no activity in this repo for a long time, i'm curios on project status.

Could could you please share you experience -- is this thing that just works for you and it doesn't need any updates, or you doesn't use it anymore?
