Improve: Security Considerations when running BTCPay Server on a VPS (Docker Deployment)

Currently missing the topic Security on the https://docs.btcpayserver.org/Docker/ page.
Especially when running a Lightning Daemon including hot wallet on a VPS or a cloud hoster, we should mention the possibilites like disk encryption with luks

There was a discussion over on the telegram group where I posted some suggestions... I'm sure we can come up with more meassures:

The infos of howto have an encrypted volume for /var/lib/docker and disable docker btcpay start at boot should be mentioned I guess.

Shout out to our hosting veterans: What do you suggest?
