cme-lab: add man

We should add man to the cme-lab image to remain consistent with the SC lessions.

I'm going to make a new SWC image that will have the data we teach from our lessons + all the commands... but keep this issue up until I finish it, this is a good reminder.

SGTM. Where are the Dockerfiles for this? I'm working on implementing a heart beat for the javascript based shell so the containers don't time out. Would you mind a patch?
