Describe the solution you'd like

I recently purchased 3 eufy locks from Best Buy. 2 of them (non-fingerprint) work great, but it doesn't look like the one with the fingerprint is working.
eufy Security - Smart Lock E31 WiFi Replacement Deadbolt Unlock with eufy App, Keypad, Smart Devices, and fingerprint - Black.

I'm not great with code, but I'm willing to offer support where I can to get this up and running. Thanks.
