The tasks making use of kraken2 should expose an optional input int, minimum_hit_groups, and pass the value to kraken2 via its --minimum-hit-groups param.
Depends on the viral-classify wrapper around kraken2 exposing the parameter: broadinstitute/viral-classify#33
