Variant-level contact

Variant-level contact is now live in seqr! Users can utilize the Variant Lookup feature to get high-level information on a variant and use the contact feature to email a researcher for additional information.

Settings for variant-level contact, including the option to disable contact, can be adjusted using the Edit Project feature on the Project Page.
