This is more a theoretical question rather than a technical one, but sure you can help me. The attached sample has a relatively low TF (2%), but I'd expect a higher global TF having a subclonal one of almost 80%.
How should I interpret this "curious" result?
Could this sample be considered for downstream WES with this high subclonal and low global TF?
Would there be any way of "selecting" the specific subclone according to the CNA levels in the analysis files (eg, seg files)?
