Hi, your tool is wonderful!

This is more a theoretical question rather than a technical one, but sure you can help me. The attached sample has a relatively low TF (2%), but I'd expect a higher global TF having a subclonal one of almost 80%.

  • How should I interpret this "curious" result?
  • Could this sample be considered for downstream WES with this high subclonal and low global TF?
  • Would there be any way of "selecting" the specific subclone according to the CNA levels in the analysis files (eg, seg files)?

Thanks a lot!
