Update dynamic characterization example to show usage with biosphere3 flows

Users actually don't have to specify a characterization_function_dict when using the dynamic_characterization.timex functions with biosphere3 - this is mapped automatically, but we don't demonstrate it in this example.

Also, the images are missing in the docs version.
