More card validation

Stripe also takes Diners Club and JCB ... anything that stopped those from being included?

I can add in Diners Club and JCB validation. I did not include those because I do not have assets for those cards. The original card validation code included support for those card types, so I can go ahead and add in that support such that the generic card is displayed until I can make or find assets for those cards. Update should be available no later than this Sunday.
