iFrame is too big in the editor

Describe the Bug

The iFrame doesn't have the padding associated with most elements in the editor, causing it to be misaligned

Steps to Reproduce

1. add an iFrame
2. select in the editor panel
3. editor selection borders touch the iFrame border
4. deselect and add a textbox
5. borders are not aligned

Expected Behavior

3. there should be some space between the selection and the iFrame
4. borders should be relatively aligned
