Add Metatrader 4 & 5 please

Hello,
I have issues with MT4, not many with MT5
Both are used by traders worldwide and only on wine for Linux

For example, with both, if I don't select the Wine from system, then I have this issue

For MT4, adding extra indicators create many issues, for example, "Ind - INFO PAD mt4 20220110.ex4" (with its equivalent working perfectly on MT5), this most likely applies to many other extra files.
I don't know how to fix it, but after this is added, MT4 cannot be closed, it gets stuck and changing timeframe (M1, M5, H1, H4 etc...) also crash the program
