References text displayed twice

Describe the issue

In a specific resource page, if the references part appears, the text stating These are the resource’s available references: appears twice. I tried to find the issue in https://github.com/boto/boto3/blob/develop/boto3/docs/resource.py#L243 but couldn't find it.
