Hi @merokaa thanks for reaching out. That is a server-side error you are getting from the CreateHIT API rather than boto3 directly.

Have you tried getting support through Mechanical Turk? Here is a form to do that: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-mechanical-turk

We generally recommend reaching out through AWS Support for account/API issues such as these. Or you could consider asking the re:Post community, as someone with Mechanical Turk experience may have more insight on this.
