Hi @merokaa thanks for reaching out. That is a server-side error you are getting from the CreateHIT API rather than boto3 directly. Have you tried getting support through Mechanical Turk? Here is a form to do that: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-mechanical-turk We generally recommend reaching out through AWS Support for account/API issues such as these. Or you could consider asking the re:Post community, as someone with Mechanical Turk experience may have more insight on this. I am not very familiar with Mechanical Turk, but suggest confirming that you have linked your account correctly per the Getting Started guide: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSMechTurk/latest/AWSMechanicalTurkGettingStartedGuide/SetUp.html#accountlinking If that doesn't resolve the issue - there could be some account-specific problem to address, like maybe a quota limit that is restricting access. |
