One of the new pieces of rights texts has the following:
All others Request permissions from owner/author(s).

To me this looks like a copy-paste mistake.

From the context, it seems that All others was meant to be overwritten and it should read only: Request permissions from owner/author(s).

On the other hand, I wonder why one should request permission if the material is in the public domain.
