구현해야하는 기능

이 기능을 구현하는데 필요한 TODO 리스트를 명시합니다.

대회 정보를 보여줄 때(Read) 한번에 모두 보내주지 않고, 페이지네이션을 적용하여 일부만 보내줍니다.
변경된 read API는 swagger를 통해 기록합니다.
대회 정보는 10개 단위로 끊어서 보내줄 예정입니다. (1~~10, 11~~20, ...)
