it doesn't work anymore.

Getting same thing. It was working fine a few days ago, but I re-installed windows, and now the add-on just doesn't work. It can connect to the web interface fine if you click the icon for the extension, but when adding anything via the extension results in the 'failure: could not contact remote' error...
