[DOCS] setting up "Site access" properly

I had no idea why I was getting "Failed to fetch" messages, and almost gave up trying... then after a while, I realized that I had to allow the extension not only on the torrent website but also towards my own server, like so:

I suggest adding this to the docs cause it really was not obvious to me, even if it should have been.
