In qBitTorrent, at the very least, it is possible to add torrents in a paused state.

The torrent-control extension for Firefox provides an Add torrents as paused option, and it would be lovely if remote-torrent-adder could do the same.

Edit: I see that remote-torrent-adder does allow this for ruTorrent WebUI, but not currently for qBittorrent v4.1+ WebUI.
