Demonstrate RunEngine integration using the "RE worker" #90

Build a model and views that work with the "RunEngine worker" in https://github.com/bluesky/bluesky-queueserver. Note that this will not involve the HTTP server. It will just launch a RE worker and/or (re)connect to an existing one.

This is something that @JulReinhardt is working on for her STXM application. It would be good to have a shared implementation here for others to import and build on or use as a reference of best practice.
