Why?

When somebody will edit the locale file, it's very messy and just not organized, so I recommend internationalizating BlueSky on Crowdin (There, you can put users to be proofreaders in every language as a translation-approver)

Pricing Situation

Crowdin it's free in various parts, but surely will grant better translations

Additional Context

It's better locale BlueSky on Crowdin than still using GitHub to locale it.
