Add a way to know if an account is already being followed by you

Describe the Feature

I frequently find myself checking accounts on the "discovery" tab if I am already following them already or not. This is especially annoying since after migrating from twitter, and using the "sky follower bridge" chrome addon to "import" my following list, a lot of the users have different names/handles/profile pics than on the bird app. A small marker on the profile pic for accounts that are followed would make this a non-issue.
