UI glitch on post dialog when browser's scrollbar appears

Add two photos and some long text.

Additional Information

Seems to occur when post content exceeds dialog's dimensions both horizontally and vertically.

This behavior happens so fast that it's not visible when recorded using Windows' screen recorder. So I captured a slow-mo video with my phone and you can see the glitch (refer to the first video).

I also recorded the screen using windows' screen recorder, and in dev tools, you can see that width and height are being applied multiple times (refer to the second video).
