Steps to Reproduce

Create a post that begins with @username, anyone that follows the account that made that post will see the post in their "timeline" feed.

For example:

In this case the screenshot was taken on a timeline viewed by @dom96.picheta.me, the @dom96.picheta.me account follows @listifications.app but does not follow @hankjohnson.house.gov.

I would expect these to not be shown in the timeline.
