frontend: settings: video configuration improvements

Current behaviour

1. Internal stream names aren't clickable, but only have one interaction (to edit them)
2. It's not easy to know which stream is which if the external names do not clearly differentiate

Expected or desired behaviour

1. Make the whole name clickable to start the edit process, not just the edit pencil icon
2. Ideally hook into the existing thumbnail functionality to display which stream is which

• I have checked to make sure that a similar request has not already been filed or fixed.
