Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://eth-goerli.blockscout.com/address/0xc0d74A6E896fB8E258D2542C2629f3E06deC824B
2. Select More -> "Add private tag"
3. Refresh the page
4. Select it again

Actual result: Option is showing but then disappear
Expected result: Either there should be no option in selection or it should work second time

why? if you have already added a tag to this address, you will not be able to add it a second time. it works the same way on the private tags page, you'll have an error if you try to add a second tag to the same address

On address page you won't see the error you just push it a second time after refresh and this option disappears without any error
