Tardigrade Finance Doesn't Use Valoper Keys

Despite could not determine bech32 prefix from valoper address: tgrade17h2x3j7u44qkrq0sk8ul0r2qr440rwgjca5y25, the only issue seems to be uptime tracking.

Thanks for the report! I'll look into this, already have code to handle these cases so should be easy to resolve the issue.
