Ingress route not updated when deployments are replaced #650

It appears that we only create the ingress route when we create a deployment and not when we replace a deployment. This might be an issue for developers that are updating ingress paths in their code but not seeing the change on FTL.

Is this something we'll want to support @alecthomas?

I think this was fixed by #857
