Building a module in CI takes 2 minutes

In partner project in CI it takes considerable time to build modules (> 2 mins).
Not sure if this is every time or just sometimes.
Not sure if it has always been like this or if this has gotten worse because of FTL, or because partner project's code is getting larger.

The build times went up with the type widening work I suspect
The two happened around the same day (when build times doubled)
