No need to log at error level that 1Password entry is missing when creating the entry for the first time #2062

Use a vault with no ftl entry in it
Set a secret in ftl with 1Password
Expected: should not see an error log when it is succesful
Actual behaviour: Error is logged. Confusing!

Turns out this was just a knock on effect solved by: #2071
