Failed to construct ‘URL’: Invalid URL

Describe the bug
On BlockWallet, when deleting the Block Explorer URL of a chain, when switching to that chain and accessing the page that uses the generateExplorerLink method, the error "Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL" will appear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. First click Edit Networks and select a chain and delete its Block Explorer URL
2. After switching to the chain of the deleted Block Explorer URL
3. Go to the page that uses the generateExplorerLink method

Expected behavior
Hide the View on ... action button
