Currently, Skin tones are their own components. Instead, they should somehow be merged into one through a new build step and receive a skinTone prop. This either takes a number (0-5, with 0 being yellow, 1 the lightest and 5 the darkest) or an array of numbers for emojis which have multiple skin tones.
(First wait for #2 & #3 to be complete)
