自定义字段搜索 #289

希望群主能在下个版本增加工单自定义字段搜索功能

可以新增选择工单类型后再选择自定义字段，然后对这个自定义字段查询。但是受限于当前的存储方式是mysql, 这种自定义字段的搜索性能会比较差。

当前我公司在用的方式是: 工单数据保存到数据库后，通过监听binlog将数据也保存到ES. 除待办工单外其他列表查询都走ES
