通过地址标准化后，省市可以直接判断过滤掉，所以算匹配度时，直接把省市权重设成0，我想这样是不是匹配度更可靠点

@Svenshen 我之前的想法是如果都不在同一个省市区，那整体的匹配度肯定0。不过你要是有其他场景的话，可以调用方法只获取每个标准化后的term，然后做自己的特殊处理。😂
