birdhouse-deploy-ouranos

Ouranos specific override.

We want to source control all configs to follow infrastructure-as-code in order to achieve traceability and reproducibility.

Integration with birdhouse-deploy repo:

• This repo should be checkout along side of birdhouse-repo repo:
