I've yet to only see one integration provider allow you to monitor ALL google drive changes:
gdrive2slack.optionfactory.net
Specifically built for slack.

IFTT, bipo, zapier... nobody seems to support watching all changes.
It seems to be there in the API with a few options:
https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#search/drive.changes.watch

Looking forward to seeing if this is manageable!
I currently have optionfactory post to slack whenever a file changes, but that's all it enables -- ONLY to slack.

This does look manageable!
