Structure of project needs to be changed

This project was meant to be an approach to creating lexica that serve as input to NER/NEN systems like Gilda. This should not encompass creating a wrapper around Gilda and taking over its API, and it also does not encompass retrieval of literature content. These parts of the project should therefore be removed.
