To Do

  1. Modify vrf.py, neural_network.py, dirichlet.py, ensemble_encode.py, simpleio.py, fastgabor.py, kernel_utils.py, linalg.py, parray.py, parray_utils.py, spike_store.py and timing.py to follow PEP 8.
  2. Write demos demonstrating custom specification of Receptive fields.
  3. Include desciption of rnn parameters in comments of VTDM and VTDMb in vtdm.py
  4. Change vtem.py to accept ensemble_encode object so that custom specification of IAF parameters is possible. This should be done in a way so that support for other neurons classes can be easily added in future releases.
