kaiju2table taxonomic ranks for viruses #283

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any plan to enable kaiju2table to summarise viral reads to taxonomic ranks such as family or genus?

I saw that this was requested a few years back #126

If not, is there another way to summarise viral reads on family level?
